In an emotional atmosphere, we bid farewell to Panagia the Ksenia after one week of stay in our Temple, due to the feast of Saint Nektarios. We celebrated the Paraklesis and pleaded her Grace to stay with us forever. We thanked her for her presence here. The icon was brought to Crete for the first time! We pray that the icon will bless and sanctify Crete, just as it does to Magnesia and Thessaly where it is usually located. We thank our Holy Metropolis, our bishop Mr. Damaskinos who made possible of us to receive her Grace.
