A walk to the Botanical Park was our trip this Sunday! The mountainous Chania in the area of Lakkoi, on the way up to Omalos, is beautiful with many peaks! In one of them the Botanical Park was built. An area of two hundred acres with planted flowers, shrubs, trees, herbs from around the world and all of which thrive here in Crete. We enjoyed the walk among all these plants and then we sat in the cafe where we had a treat of ice cream and fruits!
