With great brilliance and this year we celebrated Saint Filothei the Athenian which we honor in the chapel of our Temple which is in its basement. We were honored by the presence of the protosyncellus of our Metropolis father Damaskinos, because our Bishop has gone to the Patriarchate for synodical obligations. We were also honored by the igumen of the Holy Trinity who was the headsman servant on the day of the feast.

The divine word was preached by the protosyncellus, both on the day and on the eve so as to benefit the faithful, referring to the life of the Saint. After the end of the Divine Liturgy we had a feast for the priests, the chanters and the commissioners.
